2 cups of coffee

This post is going to cover quite a lot. First off, as promised, pictures of our window display:

Feel free to email us or comment with your own “it’s time to” dream.

Next, I wanted to share with you a hat I took in right before Christmas. It needed to be resized for its new owner, its previous owner was the man’s father who had bought the hat in 1950’s from Paul’s Hat Works! It’s always exciting to get in an old PHW hat because we get to see what our predecessors did with it, and what kind of condition it’s in. This particular item is in impeccable condition, everything hand done from the blocking to sewing in the lining. To me, this is proof that in 50 or 60 years, the hat you buy from us today, will be in great state to pass on to your son or grandson. How amazing! Here are some photos:

The final top of today’s blog is the Edwardian Ball. This will be our second year vending at the ball. It was quite incredible last year, a mish mash of interesting vendors, fantastically dressed people, dark performance acts, and beautiful decorations. You should join us, it’s on Friday January 21st at night, and Saturday January 22nd during the day (for free) and night (for a fee). We’re doing a new A.W.O.K.e. bowler and derby production run just for the ball!

That’s a lot of things!
